To pay with a debit or credit card, click on the Pay Now button or on the link on your invoice to make your payment online.

You do not need a PayPal account to make payment online.  Once you are at the PayPal site, enter the amount owed in the Price per item box without the $ symbol and then click on continue.  If paying with PayPal, log-in and pay.  If you don’t have a PayPal account, go to the bottom of the window and click on the light blue box that says: “Pay with Debit or Credit.”  Once the light blue box is clicked on, the new window says: PayPal Guest Check Out.  Enter the credit card information.  (Note: if your credit card statements are sent to a PO Box or some other physical address that address must be entered – Not the address where the work was performed.)  Once your credit card information is accurately entered, click on Pay Now, and a confirmation should come up showing that your payment has been made.

We do not accept debit card or credit card payment over the phone.

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a Bcc (Blind carbon copy) indicating that your report was sent to your water purveyor.
